Challenge
In the abscence of tailored software applications that support an ever-chaning business process, spreadsheets and other file-based templates remain the only fallback option available. Yet, team collaboration and organizational efficiency can greatly benefit from software that guides through and supports process execution. Can no-code/low-code web productivity tools come to the rescue?
Context
Process definitions and tool requirements keep changing, organizational goals are vaguely defined and IT budgets / resources severely constrained.
My Role
Design and implementation of a 'One Pager' generator using MS PowerApps (web-based no-code solution) as replacement for manually creating PowerPoint slideshows, Requirements Elicitation, User Story Writing
Solution Detail
Replacing spreadsheet file-based data entry with a PowerApp integrated into Sharepoint
Dynamically generating one pager overviews based on previously entered data, thus eliminating the need for creating slide sheets manually
Incorporating end user feedback to iteratively refine process support
